It was May 14, 1997, when the order registration system was transferred to the comprehensive trade system according to the directive of the Iran Trade Development Organization. This was done in order to
facilitate and speed up the processes of registering the import of authorized goods into the country by qualified natural and legal persons, so that the integration of the registration process is done.

Every person who has a commercial card, whether real or legal, and has the authority to import goods or export goods, should refer to the system and after receiving the user code and password, register the application and provide identity information and the origin and destination of the species. The employees of the Ministry of Privacy will also review the requests and after correcting the defects, they will confirm the order registration file of the applicant to be referred to the acting bank, customs and finance department and the institutions determined by the law.
